  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on media buying experience across paid advertising platforms for B2C online products, platforms and/or services.
  • Individuals with experience developing media buying infrastructure and managing teams could be considered for a senior role.
  • Experience managing campaigns using CPM, CPC, or CPA-based buying models.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimisation techniques.
  • Experience working with multiple ad formats (e.g. display, native, video, social).
  • Solid understanding of tracking, pixels, and attribution, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced performance environment.
